Launch sites and meeting locations may be subject to change for operational reasons.

How to book: Once you receive your gift pack, choose your preferred location from the list supplied, register with your chosen balloon operator and advise them of your weekday morning availability. The operator will then contact you typically a couple of days before an available weekday morning flight when there is a promising weather forecast to see if you are available. You will be asked to call for a final weather check the evening prior to your morning flight to ensure the weather is suitable. Be sure to arrive in time for your flight. Please note that some operators may vary slightly from this format.

The main flying season for balloon flights is from mid March to October and runs at dawn Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Balloon flights are subject to weather conditions and sufficient passengers booked. If the operator is unable to fly on your first booked date your flight is moved forward to the next mutually convenient date. For these reasons we cannot guarantee flights on specific dates. Most importantly there must be wind speeds of less than 10 mph, reasonable visibility, a stable atmosphere and no rain or snow. All flights are civil aviation authority certified and regulated.

Other Information

This balloon flight experience for two lasts 3 to 4 hours with flying time of approximately 1 hour. You will be in a group of between 5-16 other passengers. Recommended min age is 12. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Recommended minimum height is 4`6`` (1.36m). You will be bound by the terms and conditions of the operator. You must not fly if you are pregnant or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
