Curry Cooking for Two

Description

In this exclusive session just for the two of you under the watchful eye of the teacher you will be taught the secrets of Indian cookery and guided along to create a mouthwatering meal for four which you takeaway with you after the experience

Prior to your class you will be given Rens`s extensive repertoire to choose your dishes from, you will be guided through each dish and be given recipes to take home with you.

The following is an example of some of the dishes you may wish to cook:

Curry in a Hurry (no wheat or dairy) – bhuna chicken, goan fish curry, sag aloo, chickpea curry and Ren’s special rice

Dinner Party delights – lamb kebabs, Ren’s fantastic chicken curry, sag aloo, chappatis and Ren’s special rice

Vegetarian – vegetable pakoras, matter paneer, sag aloo, chappatis and Ren’s special rice

You will each leave the experience with a meal for two which you have prepared and cooked.

Things you need to know

Your lesson will be exclusively for the two of you and the entire experience will be bespoke to your likes and dislikes. The classes are not demonstration but a hands on cookery experience with you doing all of the cooking under the supervision of the teacher. The minimum age for this experience is 16.

Other Information

The experience will be between 3-4 hours. Please ensure that you advise your teacher Ren of any dietary requirements or food allergies prior to the experience. This experience takes place in the homely surroundings of a real indian kitchen which is located in the teacher`s home.
