Flying Lesson 30 minutes

Description

After meeting your fully qualified flying instructor you will receive a briefing on how an aircraft flies and importantly how to fly it. After the briefing it’s off to the dual controlled aircraft for your flying lesson. You will sit in the left hand seat, the captain’s seat, while your instructor straps in next to you. In no time at all you are cleared for take off. Your instructor will take the aircraft off, then its over to you to try your hand at climbs, turns and descents. Don’t forget to look out of the windows and capture the fantastic views as you cruise along. After flying back to the airfield the instructor will set the aircraft up for its approach to land and smoothly touch down, taxiing back to the parking area you will reflect and think – WOW!

This flying experience can be taken all year round subject to weather and availability.

The weight/height limits vary, in general, min age is 12, min/max height 5’2’’/ 6’2" and max weight is 15 st. Anyone with medical conditions should consult their Doctor first.

Other Information

This experience is weather dependent. If your flight is cancelled due to the weather or a technical issue with the aircraft, you will be offered an alternative date.

We endeavour to offer the greatest choice of locations, however, we may need to change or withdraw locations for reasons beyond our control. In this instance you will be offered an alternative location.

Spectator facilities are generally available, however, we suggest checking with the operator prior to your experience.
