Description

Your Formula 1 driving experience starts with five circuit familiarisation laps in a sports saloon, this is followed by a comprehensive safety briefing. Next, its back to the saloon car, but you drive for approx 10 laps, before you move on to a single seater Formula Ford for a paced 10 lap session.

The excitement continues, next you`ll drive seven un-paced laps in the single seater followed by 10 laps in the stunning Formula 3 single seater before 10 mind-blowing laps in the awesome 1996 Italian Forti-Corse FG03. This car was driven by Ferrari, Minardi and Forti test driver Luca Badoer and is now yours to live the dream.

Lunch, memorabilia, overnight accommodation with dinner and breakfast is for yourself plus one guest at a local hotel and an F1 certificate are also included.

Your itinerary on the day:

• Morning reception with your Event Co-ordinator and registration in a suite.
• Coffee and Danish pastries served.
• Sports Car Familiarisation Session - 5 laps, instructor driving.
• Detailed briefing on safety and high-speed techniques.
• Sports Car - 10 laps driving analysis from a Professional Racing Driver.
• Formula Ford Experience - Session 1 - 10 laps under pace car.
• Formula Ford Experience - Session 2 - 7 laps, no pace car.
• Lunch served.
• Formula 3 Experience - 10 laps, no pace car.
• Formula 1 Experience - 10 laps, no pace car.
• Afternoon Tea & certificate presentation.

Things you need to know

You must have held a full manual driving licence for at least THREE years and it must be produced on the day of the experience. If they are unable to produce it we can telephone and verify the licence with the DVLA but please note this facility is not available on a Sunday or Bank Holiday. We charge £5 for this or the customer can call the number themselves from their own phone. We can accept either the photo card or paper part licence, they are both valid.

This Formula 1 driving experience runs from March to early November. Drivers must be over 21 years of age and have held a full, valid, clean driving licence for at least 3 years which MUST be produced on the day. Drivers must be between 5`0" & 6`4" tall, weigh no more than 18 st and be in a good physical health. Maximum chest and upper arm girth is 54 inches. Drivers outside these criteria can be considered, but we will need to arrange a trial fitting.

Overnight accommodation (including dinner & breakfast) is for yourself plus 1 guest.

Helmets, overalls and gloves will be provided but you are welcome to use your own.
