This leaflet contains details of the cover provided under the Insurance Scheme
arranged for Thanks Darling, provided by Certain Underwriters at Lloyds of
London. Failure to observe the terms and conditions could result
in Us not paying Your claim.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Your Insurance
Please read this document to ensure that the cover meets Your needs. If You
need more advice on the coverage provided by this Insurance, please call
Squibbs Insurance Consultants.
Health
The Insurance contains conditions that relate to your health and the health of
others on whose well being Your attendance at the Insured Event may depend. In
particular, We may not cover losses resulting from medical problems, which You
or they had before the Insurance commenced.
Law
This Insurance is to be governed by English law.
Money Back Guarantee
If You decide this Insurance does not suit Your requirements, within 14 days of
purchasing this Insurance and provided no claims have been made and the Insured
event has not commenced, You may return this Insurance to Us and Your premium
will be refunded in full.
DEFINITIONS
Wherever the following words or phrases appear in this Policy, they shall carry
the meanings specified below:
Sum Insured
This is the maximum amount payable for any claim under each section.
Business Associate
Any person, who works at your place of business whose absence, if You were away
from work at the same time for a period of twenty-four hours or more, would
prevent the business from running properly.
Temporary Total Disablement
A disability which entirely prevents You from attending to Your usual business
or occupation.
Permanent Total Disablement
A disability which entirely prevents You from attending to any business or
occupation whatsoever and which lasts twelve months and at the end of that
period is beyond hope of improvement.
Loss of a Limb
A permanent loss by physical separation of a hand at or above the wrist or of a
foot at or above the ankle and includes permanent total and irrecoverable loss
of use of hand, arm or leg.
Public Transport
Train, bus or coach services to join the Insured Event.
Immediate Relative
Husband, wife, parent, parent-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, sister,
sister-in-law, son, son-in-law, daughter, daughter-in-law, fianc? or fianc?e.
Insured Event
An event organised by Thanks Darling in the United Kingdom during the Period of
Insurance stated above. Special note: This Insurance expires immediately on
Your departure from the event venue.
"We", "Us", "Our"
Certain Underwriters at Lloyds of London.
"You", "Your"
Each person named in the Schedule attached to this document. Each person must
live in the United Kingdom.

Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Squibbs Insurance Consultants will do everything possible to make sure that You
receive a high standard of service. If You are not satisfied with the service
that You receive or wish to make a complaint, please write to: Squibbs
Insurance Consultants, 3 Angel Crescent, Bridgewater, Somerset TA6 3EW. In the
unlikely event that You are not satisfied with the outcome You may request them
to refer the matter to: The Financial Ombudsman Service, South Quay Plaza, 183
Marsh Wall, London, E14 9SR
OPERATIVE TIMES
For all Sections except Cancellation coverage under Section 2, cover will be
operative whilst Participating in an Insured Event organised by Thanks Darling.
Cover commences from Your time of arrival at the Insured Event venue and ends
immediately on Your departure from the Insured Event venue. The Cancellation
coverage under Section 2 starts at the time of booking Your Insured Event with
Thanks Darling and ends on arrival at the Insured Event venue.
Country of Domicile: For the purpose of insurance, this must be the United
Kingdom.
The Geographical Limits: United Kingdom only
SECTION 1 - PERSONAL ACCIDENT: £10,000 per person.
If during the Insured Event You sustain accidental bodily injury caused by
external, violent, and visible means which results in:

PROVIDED THAT
| a) |
the death benefit if You are under 16 years of age at the expiry of
this Insurance is limited to ?5,000; |
| b) |
benefit shall not be payable under more than one of Items i to vi
in respect of the consequences of one accident; |
| c) |
the total Sum Insured under this Insurance in respect of any one or
more claims by the Person Insured shall not exceed in all the largest benefit
under any one of Items 1 to 6. |
EXCLUSIONS - APPLCABLE TO SECTION 1 ONLY
The insurance does not cover:

Any claims in respect of Benefit vi with regards to any persons
under 16 years at expiry of this insurance. |
| 2 |
Any claims in respect of Benefits v and vi with regards to any
persons over 65 years at expiry of this insurance |
SECTION 2 - CANCELLATION: Full Voucher Cost
The Insurance shall pay up to the Sum Insured specified above to You in respect
of all irrecoverable deposits, advance payments and other charges paid or due
to be paid by You in connection with the Insured Event paid in advance or
contracted to be paid in the event of the Person Insured's presence at the
Insured Event being necessarily cancelled or abandoned due to:

death, injury or sickness of You, Your Immediate Relative or
Business Associate; |
| 2 |
our home or place of business being rendered uninhabitable within 7
days of the Insured Event or Your presence being required by the Police
following burglary or attempted burglary at Your residence or business
premises; |
| 3 |
quarantine, witness call or jury service where postponement has
been denied by the court; |
| 4 |
Government regulation following an epidemic or natural disaster
which bars the Person Insured from attending Insured Event. |
PLEASE NOTE
Cover under this Section is subject to the proviso that You are not aware of
any of the above circumstances at the time of booking an Insured Event.
EXCLUSIONS - APPLICABLE TO SECTION 2 ONLY
The Insurance does not cover: -

The failure of or the fear of failure or the inability of any
equipment or any computer program to recognise, interpret correctly or process
any date as its true calendar date or to continue to function correctly beyond
that date. |
| 2 |
Expenses payable by the organiser of the Insured Event. |
| 3 |
Losses arising from failure or delay in notifying the organiser of
the Insured Event or the provider of transport immediately it may be necessary
to cancel or curtail the travel arrangements. |
| 4 |
The cost of curtailment and additional expenses not authorised by
Squibbs Insurance Consultants: |
| 5 |
Claims arising where the cause giving rise to the claim was known
at the time the Insurance was effected or at the time of booking the Insured
Event (except with regard to Pregnancy - see general exclusion 3). |
| 6 |
Your disinclination to travel or financial circumstances. |
SECTION 3 - PERSONAL LIABILITY: ?1,000,000
The Insurance shall indemnify You up to the Sum stated above in respect of Your
legal liability for accidental injury to third parties or accidental loss of or
damage to third party property occurring during the Insured Event.
EXCLUSIONS - APPLICABLE TO SECTION 3 ONLY
The Insurance does not cover :-

Employers or Contractual liability |

Liability to any member of your family or to a travelling companion
or friend or colleague |
| 3 |
Any liability arising directly or indirectly from or due to:
animals belonging to you or in your care, custody or control, any wilful,
malicious or unlawful act, pursuit of a trade, business or profession,
employment or occupation or hazardous activity |
| 4 |
Ownership, possession or use of vehicles (other than golf buggies
whilst on the golf course), aircraft, watercraft, parachuting, hang-gliding,
hot air ballooning or use of firearms. |
| 5 |
Legal costs of any proceedings that result from any criminal or
illegal act. |
| 6 |
Insanity, the use of any alcohol, drugs (except medically
prescribed) or drug addiction. |
| 7 |
The supply of goods or services as a part of a trade, business or
profession |
| 8 |
Any form of ownership or occupation of land or buildings (other
than occupation only of any temporary residence). |
CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL SECTIONS
| 1 |
It is a general condition of this Insurance that the Insured Event
is not booked
| a |
after receipt of a terminal prognosis; or |
| b |
against the advice of a registered qualified medical practitioner
or |
| c |
while receiving in-patient treatment or awaiting such treatment or |
| d |
after You have been hospitalised or received advice, medication or
treatment in the twelve months prior to booking an Insured Event. |

The due observance and fulfilment of all the terms and conditions
of this Insurance in so far as they relate to anything to be done or complied
with by You or anyone acting on Your behalf shall be a condition precedent to
any liability of Ours. |
| 3 |
In the event of an occurrence which may give rise to a claim
written notice shall be given to Squibbs Insurance Consultants not later than
31 days after the date of the occurrence. |
| 4 |
You must provide Us with all certificates, items whether damaged or
otherwise, documentation and evidence We require relating to Your claim. |
| 5 |
You must in the event of a claim submit to any medical
examination(s) We require, at Your own expense or the expense of Your legal
representatives. |
| 6 |
You expressly undertake to repay to Us any amount paid by Us on
Your behalf for which We are not liable. |
| 7 |
No person is entitled to admit liability on behalf of Us or to give
any representation or other undertaking binding upon them. We may at Our own
expense take proceedings in Your name to recover compensation from any third
party in respect of any indemnity provided under this Insurance and any amount
so recovered shall belong to Us. |
| 8 |
In the event of Your death, We shall have the right to have a
post-mortem carried out at Our own expense. |
| 9 |
You must exercise reasonable care to prevent illness, accident,
loss or damage and exercise all reasonable care for the safety and supervision
of your property as if uninsured. Failure so to do will prejudice rights
acquired under this Insurance. |
| 10 |
In the event of a claim being made under this Insurance on which We
subsequently give notice that such a claim is repudiated by Us, We shall not be
liable for this claim after the expiry of three months from the day the notice
of repudiation is given, unless the claim is within that time subject to the
commencement of legal proceedings in connection with it. |
| 11 |
Each Person Insured shall be deemed to be separately insured. |
| 12 |
This Insurance is non-transferable. |
| 13 |
No refund is available under this Insurance other than under the
14-day Money Back Guarantee. |
| 14 |
All material facts which may affect the Insurance must be disclosed
to Us, at the time of purchasing the voucher for the Person Insured and
throughout the Period of Insurance. Following a change in material fact
disclosed to Us by You during the Period of Insurance, We reserve the right to
amend or cancel Your Insurance. |
| 15 |
In the event of a fraudulent claim being made or fraudulent means
or devices being used to obtain any benefit under this Insurance, all benefits
hereunder and all premiums paid shall be forfeited, and cover shall be voided. |
EXCLUSIONS - APPLICABLE TO ALL SECTIONS
The Insurance does not cover: -

Any claim arising directly or indirectly from:

War, terrorism, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities
(whether war be declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution,
insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation or nationalisation of
or destruction of or damage to property by or under the order of any government
or local authority or radioactive contamination of any description however
caused: |

Loss or destruction of or damage to any property whatsoever or any
loss or expense whatsoever resulting or arising therefrom or any consequential
loss. Any legal liability of whatsoever nature directly or indirectly caused by
or contributed to by or arising from ionising radiation or contamination by
radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or from any nuclear waste from the
combustion of nuclear fuel the radioactive, toxic, explosive or other hazardous
properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component thereof |

Any legal liability of whatsoever nature directly or indirectly
caused by or contributed to by or arising from ionising radiation or
contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel, or from any nuclear
waste, from the combustion of nuclear fuel, or the radioactive, toxic,
explosive or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or
nuclear component thereof: |

Your suicide or wilfully self-inflicted injury or illness, mental
disorder, anxiety, stress or depression, venereal disease, alcoholism,
drunkenness or the use of drugs (other than drugs taken in accordance with
treatment prescribed and directed by a registered medical practitioner other
than the Person Insured, but not for the treatment of drug addiction),
self-exposure to needless peril (except in an attempt to save human life); |

You engaging in any criminal or illegal act. |
| f |
Aviation other than as a fare paying passenger in a fully licensed
passenger aircraft flown by a properly licensed crew unless the Insured Event
purchased involves Aviation and then only whilst engaging in the Insured Event. |

Loss in respect of any property more specifically insured or any
claim which but for the existence of this Insurance would be recoverable under
any other Insurance. |

Claims arising from pregnancy unless the expected date of
confinement is more than two months after Your return from the Insured Event; |
| 4 |
Claims increased by Your own act or omission; |
| 5 |
Consequential loss of any nature; |
| 6 |
Claims arising directly or indirectly as a result of the bankruptcy
or liquidation of Thanks Darling and/or any person or company subcontracted by
Thanks Darling ; |
| 7 |
Claims arising directly or indirectly as a result of Your financial
incapacity. |
| 8 |
Surcharges levied by the organiser of the Insured Event increasing
basic brochure prices: |
| 9 |
Losses arising from the financial failure of the organiser of the
Insured Event |
| 10 |
Any claim arising directly or indirectly from any medical condition
which has in the twelve months prior to booking the Insured Event resulted in
consultation or treatment or has been referred for further investigations. |
| 11 |
Any claim where You cannot prove and substantiate its amount. |
| 12 |
death, disablement or expense in any way caused or contributed to
by HIV (Human Immune Deficiency Virus) and/or any HIV related illness including
AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) and/or any mutant derivative or
variations thereof however caused. |
MAKING A CLAIM
If you wish to make a claim, on Your return home write or telephone for a claim

This will ensure the correct claim form(s) are sent to you.
PLEASE DO NOT FORWARD ANY DOCUMENTS UNTIL YOU SUBMIT THE COMPLETED CLAIM FORM.
IMPORTANT: Please read the claim form carefully and ensure that You provide all
the documentation requested. Failure to fully complete the claim form or
forward all the requested documentation may be required to substantiate Your
loss if it is considered necessary. If medical treatment has been received, You
must obtain Medical Certificates showing the nature of the injury or illness
together with all the bills, which should if possible be paid and a receipt
obtained. In no event should a claim be notified later than 31 days after the
end of the occurrence.
