In contrast to the traditional charm of its 19th Century Georgian country house setting, the Spa at the Health & Leisure Club offers every contemporary luxury you`d expect from a hotel, which has now been officially graded as a four star hotel and has been awarded two AA rosettes for exceptional cuisine.

Your day will include:

• Refreshment on arrival
• A relaxing aromatherapy facial facial treatment for men to deep cleanse and soothe the skin.
• A stress relieving back, neck and shoulder massage. The day includes an optional full gym consultation and personalised workout with one of our qualified fitness instructors
• Light lunch
• Afternoon refreshment
• Use of all of the Club and Spa facilities including the swimming pool, crystal steam room, spa pool, sauna, gym, group exercise studio and squash courts.

Things you need to know

Towels, robes, slippers and toiletries are provided. Please bring your swimming and fitness clothes (as appropriate). Approximate treatment time: 1 1/2 hours. Arrival is at 9.30am and departure at 5.30pm.

To have a real break by staying overnight, just add £145 for single occupancy or £195 for 2 people sharing a standard room (twin/double). This supplement will include traditional English Breakfast, accommodation, a three course dinner with coffee chosen from our table d’hôte menu. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out at 11am.
