Look out Biggles! This is 20 minutes of your life you will not forget! After a pre-flight briefing, you will be kitted out with the full flying monty - helmet, goggles and Biggles-style leather flying jacket! Then you take to the skies for the hands-on flying experience of a lifetime. Yes, you will be offered the controls of a Tiger Moth to find out what real flying is like - no hostesses up there!

Things you need to know

The flying season is usually April - September. You do not need any previous flying experience. There are certain restrictions: Min height 4`11" - Max height 6`6". Max weight 16st.

There are no specific medical requirements but it is an exciting flight, if you are unsure please consult your doctor.

Other Information

This experience is affected by weather conditions. You will need to check with the flying centre before you set out that the conditions are suitable for flying. If the experience cannot take place due to adverse weather conditions an alternative date will be offered to you. Please note that the flight time includes time for take-off and landing.
